- Orange juice
- Chili-garlic Sauce
- Low-sodium soy sauce
- Light brown sugar
- Toasted sesame oil
- Cornstarch
- Rice vinegar
- Olive oil
- Chicken breasts
- Broccoli florets
Instructions
Start by mixing together the orange juice, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the cornstarch and rice vinegar.
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil, and add the chicken breasts. Afterward, cook the mixture for about 5 minutes, flipping once to achieve a golden brown color. Once the chicken is cooked through, add the broccoli florets and continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
Add the orange juice mixture to the skillet and stir to combine. Then, allow the mixture to come to a simmer. Subsequently, add the cornstarch mixture and stir diligently until the sauce thickens to perfection. Serve warm over a bed of cauliflower rice or your favorite keto-friendly grain.
